Merriam-Webster dictionary defines integrity as, firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values: incorruptibility; the quality or state of being complete or undivided. Although this is correct this isn’t exactly the complete meaning of this word. For every situation, every job, and every position this word â€Å"integrity† is defined differently. If there isn’t one thing I’ve learned so far in life, I’ve learned that every decision made has a monopoly affect whether the outcome is good or bad. Integrity is having the ability to be selfless, being confident in yourself that you can make decisions that will not only affect you but staff, the company brand and customers.
